Support for you

What emotional support is available for me during separation or divorce?

The breakdown of a committed personal relationship is a distressing and difficult time. The decision to separate may be yours, your partner’s or sometimes a genuinely mutual one.

The below links have been provided to make you aware of some of the options available if you want to read further information about how to cope with the emotional impact of divorce or if you want to speak to someone who will support you before, during and after separation or divorce.
